I think most would agree that stress is running high in most of our lives these days. The more we can find ways to de-stress the better! This is an easy tip to incorporate into your routine, as long as you stop and make yourself aware of how you are feeling while you eat.
Tuning into your hunger will help you slow down, enjoy your food, and feel satisfied with less, so you finish your meal feeling light and energetic. One way to incorporate this is to stop and note your physical hunger level on a scale of 1 (famished) to 10 (stuffed) before, during, and after eating each meal. Your goal should be to start eating when your hunger level is at a 3 and stop when it’s at a 7. Your mind and body will thank you for it!
