This dressing is light compared to most Caesar Dressing with lots of flavor. #basics
Ingredients:
½ to 1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely grated parmesan cheese
½ cup EVOO
1 egg yolk
2 anchovy fillets (pasted)
1 clove garlic, peeled and mashed
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
