Caesar Dressing

This dressing is light compared to most Caesar Dressing with lots of flavor. #basics


Ingredients:

  • ½ to 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp finely grated parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup EVOO

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 2 anchovy fillets (pasted)

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and mashed

Preparation:

  • Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
