Crepes are light and fluffy and can be used as a dessert or breakfast, or even a midday snack. This recipe is a serving for one, I usually triple it for my kids...at least;)! #breakfast #snack #dessert
3 organic eggs
1 tablespoon Bub's collagen
⅓ teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup (you can decide how much to use or not:)
½ tablespoon butter
In a blender mix 3 organic eggs.
Add collagen, vanilla, salt and honey or maple syrup.
Butter your pan.
Pour the mixture into your buttered pan on medium-low heat and wait patiently until the crepe is cooked enough to easily flip. Flip and cook until done, about 2-3 minutes total.
Top with cinnamon or wrap them around your favorite berry medley and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
