This shrimp recipe is easy enough for a quick weeknight dinner or fun for a summer cookout. #seafood
2 pounds large shrimp in shell (21 to 25 per pound), peeled, leaving tail and first segment of shell intact (Or you can take it off), and deveined
10 large garlic cloves, crushed
¼ teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes (you can leave this out if you don’t like spicy)
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Combine EVOO, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and salt on a bowl. Whisk together.
Prepare shrimp and add to bowl to marinate for as little as 45 minutes.
Grill about 3 minutes per side or until pink.
