Crepes

Crepes are light and fluffy and can be used as a dessert or breakfast, or even a midday snack. This recipe is a serving for one, I usually triple it for my kids...at least;)! #breakfast #snack #dessert


Ingredients:

  • 3 organic eggs

  • 1 tablespoon Bub's collagen

  • ⅓ teaspoon vanilla

  • pinch of salt

  • ½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup (you can decide how much to use or not:)

  • ½ tablespoon butter


Directions:

  1. In a blender mix 3 organic eggs.

  2. Add collagen, vanilla, salt and honey or maple syrup.

  3. Butter your pan.

  4. Pour the mixture into your buttered pan on medium-low heat and wait patiently until the crepe is cooked enough to easily flip. Flip and cook until done, about 2-3 minutes total.

  5. Top with cinnamon or wrap them around your favorite berry medley and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
